Recently I have had a lot of referrals from some of my clients. Isn’t that so nice, word of mouth is the best compliment. So, what better way to get your clients to keep referring you than to give them a little thank you for that all important referral. Rather than give my clients referral cards when they order, I prefer to surprise them with a little thank you when I get that referral contact. Even if that referral doesn’t actually book the session, I still immediately send out the thank you card because I really appreciate that they thought of me.
