Here are some frequently asked questions. If you have any other question that is not answered here feel free to drop us a line.

General:

•All of our templates are created as layered .psd files so you will need Adobe Photoshop or Photoshop Elements to use the templates.

•Marketing by The Memory Studios only sells digital templates designed for use by professional photographers and other small businesses.  Physical product(s) will not be printed or mailed to you unless specified.

•Marketing by the Memory Studios does their best to check for typos and grammatical errors. It is your responsibility to proof the final product before printing.  We will not be responsible for any errors once printed.

Templates:

•If you have read through the instructions and are still having trouble inserting the images refer to the video tutorial Here.

Downloads:

•All of our files have been zipped due to file size.  Save the file to your desktop and use an unzip program such as WinZip or Stuffit to unzip the folder to the location of your choice. We recommend that you back up your templates to an external hard drive as well.

•No fonts will be included with any designs purchased from Marketing by the Memory Studios.  A list of fonts with links to where you can find the fonts used is provided in the file.  To download the fonts, click on the link provided and save to a folder on your desktop.  Drag and drop the downloaded font into your fonts folder.  (If you are using a PC, left click on the start button and browse to your control panel, then to the fonts folder.)  Marketing by The Memory Studios will try to  use fonts that are free or standard at the point of creating the templates, however some fonts are often licensed once they reach a certain number of downloads.  We will not guarantee the fonts will always be free.

•Once you have placed your order down-loadable links are available in your account.  To retrieve the links log-in to your account and view your order history.  If the links are not available in your account you may have paid via e-check through PayPal.  E-checks can take 3-5 business days to clear.  Once the payment clears the links will show up in your account.

Orders:

Look in your PayPal account and see if you submitted an e-check instead of an instant payment.  E-check payments typically take 3-5 businesses days to clear, at which time the down-loadable links will become available.

Coupons:

If you are using a coupon code, be sure to click on the “CLICK TO APPLY” button to activate the code.  If you have clicked on the “click to apply” button and the code still isn’t working please let us know!

Terms of Use:

•Templates sold by Marketing by the Memory Studios are available to professional photographers who may re-sell the finished products to individual clients only.  The templates may NOT be sold on any on-line card store under any circumstances (including, but not limited to Etsy, Ebay, or general on-line card stores).

•Due to the digital nature of the templates no refunds will be allowed once the templates are downloaded.

•You may use any elements as you wish so long as the final design is not offered for sale as a template or commercial product.

•All copyright remains with The Memory Studios after the point of sale.
